Yeah, it's 6:00am and I've barely slept, what do you expect I didn't want to go to bed in the first place.  I went to bed last night knowing that in just under 24 hours it is very possible we could be celebrating our second World Championship in as many years!  Say what we will about the methodology and losing some good friends on the team, but you cannot argue the results, this coaching staff and scouting staff and of course Curt Styres have put together a team that knows how to get the job done when it counts and when they get down they pick each other up and persevere!  Tonight, I fully expect to see exactly that and watch our boys in Purple and Teal, put that Champions Cup back on the bus they just took it off of and bring it back home where it has been all year long.  I can't wait to see all of you at Stock Exchange, get there early for best seats we are expecting a packed house with an overflow party right near by with free parking and $2 Labatt drafts as well.

Also tonight, the Rochester Rattlers try to exact revenge and redeem themselves for that performance last weekend at Sahlen's Stadium.  They head to Charlotte tonight to try to slap a paper across the nose of the Charlotte Hounds, bad dog, now sit.  I'm never one to strike an animal, but these Dogs need to be put down.  We will have the game on a laptop on ESPN3 for anyone who wants to watch both games at the same time.  Gametime is 7:00pm.

During the recovery process, it was finding the deepest levels of gratitude that helped to change my life and I walked out of the hospital in time to see the birth of our daughter Olivia. Since that time I have be on an incredible journey and for almost 12 months I have been working away at a little project that has blossomed into something I am very proud of. 

Jennifer and I began working on The Smile Epidemic full time in October and we now find ourselves 12 Days away from our worldwide launch at SXSW (South by Southwest). 

Due entirely to the efforts of the incredible team that the project has attracted, we now have a fully functional APP that allows people to share what they are grateful for everyday, helping to remind them how lucky we all are, while sharing with others and finding the things that make us all so similar and connected.

Rochester Rattlers 2013 Season Tickets on sale soon!
